Request a car body repair quote in Geneva

You fill in your request online, at any time, one question at a time: the damaged area on a diagram, the car, your insurer and the photo, then your contact details.

Question 1 of 10

Where is the damage?

Choose the area on the car, or from the list.

Illustration: top view of a red saloon, separate body panels, against a plain background. Front Rear

Left and right: as seen from the driver’s seat.

Mark at least one area.

Calibration of driver-assistance cameras, radars and sensors, all makes, or programming of a new part. On its own or with a repair: if there is also body damage, mark the area above; otherwise, continue without an area.

What is the damage?

You can choose more than one.

Tick at least one answer.

Can the car still be driven?

Which car is it?

Make and model are enough.

Swiss vehicle registration document (permis de circulation): field 21 (make and type) · French carte grise: boxes D.1 and D.3.

Please give the make and model, for example VW Golf: we need it to prepare the quote.

Plate and registration document

The chassis number or a photo of the registration document: either one is enough. The rest is optional.

Chassis number or photo of the registration document

One photo only, the vehicle page. It is sent with your request, reduced in size from your phone. Optional if you have entered the chassis number.

Swiss registration document: field 23 · French carte grise: box E. Usually 17 characters.

Where do I find it? Sample illustration, fictitious data: Swiss vehicle registration document, right-hand page (vehicle). The 5th row of the table from the top, circled in red, is field 23, Chassis number, just below field 21 (make and type). In the margin, next to field 23, the document also shows the letter E. The chassis number usually has 17 characters, here ABC12345DEF678901. On a French carte grise, the same number is in box E.

Enter the chassis number (VIN), or add a photo of the vehicle registration document (or the French carte grise) just below: either one is enough.

The canton, then the digits (GE 123456). French plate: AB-123-CD.

Check the plate: two canton letters, then the digits, or a French plate such as AB-123-CD.

A photo of the damage?

An overall view is enough. You can skip this step.

Four photos at most. They are sent with your request, reduced in size from your phone. If you refresh the page, you will need to add them again.

Is it a reported insurance claim?

Enter yours, whichever it is: claims from all insurers are handled. The workshop is an official AXA partner.

If you already have it. If not, your request goes through anyway.

When would you like to drop off the car?

The workshop is open Monday to Friday, 7.30 am – 12 noon and 1 pm – 5.30 pm. Ticking the box does not reserve anything: we will discuss it with you.
