The quote sent to you is based on the information you provide; it is reviewed with you and confirmed after the car has been inspected. Nothing is committed until you have given your consent.

You mark the affected area on a diagram of the car with 17 zones, choose the type of damage (scratch, dent, deep dent, broken part, broken glass) and attach a photo. If it is an insurance claim, you name your insurer. Sending this form does not reserve a slot at the workshop and sets neither a price nor a timeframe.
