Calling the insurer. Finding the policy number. Telling the same story three times to three different people. That is the part that wears you down. After an accident, the claim is reported to your insurer, and you give its name in your very first request. Your terms, however, are yours: partial or full casco cover, excess. Reread your policy before you decide.
That depends on the area, the paintwork to redo and the parts to order. You are told how long it will take at the same time as the amount. If that changes along the way, you get a call first.
The workshop is at this address: Avenue Pictet-de-Rochemont 33ter, 1207 Genève. Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 am – 12 noon and 1 pm – 5.30 pm. The form never closes: you can prepare your request in the evening from your phone.
